Offence computerized traffic system is a web-based program and powerful database that records all traffic offenses committed nationally. The system helps the Federal Road Safety Commission keep adequate records of all traffic offenses has been committed and that will still be committed by users and also maintain databases of the Commission (FRSC).
1.1 STUDY BACKGROUND
Before the creation of the Federal Road Safety Commission in 1988, there was no concrete action and sustained policy to tackle the carnage on Nigerian roads. Previous attempts in this direction have been limited to discrete and isolated attempts by some states of the Federation and unpleasant trend individuals.The roadresulted intrafficupsurageinroad accidents in the nation trafficsystem did the federal government launch a search for a credible and effective response to the challenge. The World Health Organization estimates that these figures could increase by more than half over the next 20 years unless there is a firm commitment to road safety and accident prevention, particularly in Nigeria, most adults know someone who was killed or injured in a traffic accident Street. It is a fact that many of these deaths accidents and their consequences have been avoided. Therefore the computerized traffic penalty system will keep records of all traffic offenses committed by road users and also maintain databases of the Commission (FRSC).
1.3 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
